All move out cleanings will be charged extra $75 dollars if there is unknown junk or if client fails to notify of junk and debris prior to start of cleaning. Understand that the cleaners are there simply to clean. You may need to consult a home organizer before you try home cleaning if you have miscellaneous junk and clothes and personal things just thrown around. It slows the cleaner down and makes the job extremely longer than what it was intended resulting in being later to other clients scheduled for same day.
