J.King Property strives to provide the best quality results while trying to not break the bank. We urge customers to always do research when seeking out a professional in order to know the average costs for the desired job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

J.King Property currently provides free estimates for areas up to 20 miles from Ludlow, MA. After initial contact, we provide an in person estimate to discuss the job and take pictures. After leaving, we work hard to develop an estimate and provide it to our customers through email or text within 24-48 hours. After accepting, we ask for a deposit and once job is complete, the remaining balance is due.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Joe, the owner, takes pride in his experience of over 10 years in laboring. Joe possesses multiple certifications to provide the best service and outcome.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

J.King Property has always been a business in the making. Joe, the owner, has a love for transformation and making customers happy; he put his skills from laboring and transformed them into a landscaping business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We at J. King have worked with customers of all walks of life. We love being able to work with anyone and everyone to get your property looking beautiful.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love all of the jobs we have done, as we the pride in our work. But to be specific, a complete renovation of a yard and hydroseeding was one of the most recent. Our absolute favorite jobs are complete transformation jobs, and mulch.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When seeking out a service, always make sure to do research prior, especially pricing. It eliminates surprises.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It is always best to know your budget, how quickly you need the project done by, and the details of what you need. Just about any question that comes to mind.
