What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

First I like to schedule an appointment to give you a free estimate. Once I get there we communicate as clearly as possible so I can be sure I completly align my vision with yours. I then take in all consideration of time and expense to come up with a competitive price. We highly recommend to at least get one other estimate to build trust that our price is competitive. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We meet all of our customers face to face to be sure there is no miscommunication about the services needed. We do not collect payment until the customer is 100% satisfied. Our goal is to leave our jobs cleaner and better then they are were when we arrived! Call now to schedule a free estimate!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am ISA Arborist Certified and have combined experience of 40 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was born into a family business my father started in Valdosta, Georgia. I moved up here for a career and somehow fell into starting a tree service. It is just in my blood and I enjoy satisfying customers with my skills and abilities!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with home owners, and businesses. Apartment Complexes to keep them trimmed and maintained. We also help keep wooded golf courses and farms maintained.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are very fond of the before and after pictures of the homes we trimmed. I enjoy seeing the difference it makes home owners' properties look.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get more than one estimate, you want to be sure that the price you are getting is a competitive price. Although keep in mind cheaper prices mean less quality. We leave our jobs in emaculant shape!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do they have insurance and workmans comp. If someone gets hurt on you property you could possibly get sued! Workmans comp prevents that from happening.
