I've been doing tree services for a while now and recently had the opportunity to grow into a buisness. I never cut corners. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every price is different due the the fact that not all trees are the same. Some have higher risks which do change the price up while other are easy and bring down the price.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We try to answer all questions to the best of our knowledge and explain the process to the client so no confusion is made and all communications are clear.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have years of experience and also do the work as safe as possible to avoid accidents.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We had a neighboor that wanted a tree removed and after that we had more neighboor and passersby inquire about us and recommend that we should make it official.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have met a verity of clients of all sorts, and are glad to continue meeting more exciting clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A vegitation clearing with a couple of trees that need to be removed. the project took about 2 days but the end result was worth taking the extra time to make the property look amazing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that they know what you want to have done and are knowledgeable.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If they are licensed and insured, so incase something happens the client is covered.
