I bring a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise and real-world experience to my work.
🔹 12 Years in the U.S. Air Force – I specialized in building and maintaining weapon systems, ensuring high-functioning, mission-critical equipment.
🔹 Preventative Maintenance Experience – Worked at Gulfstream Aerospace handling support equipment maintenance, ensuring everything ran at peak efficiency. Also performed similar work at EZ-GO, maintaining essential systems.
🔹 Engineering Technician at SRNL – Worked in a high-tech research and engineering environment, troubleshooting and supporting advanced systems.
🔹 Hands-on Training from an Early Age – My grandfather was a plumber and handyman, and I started helping him with jobs at age 10. This gave me a strong foundation in problem-solving, repairs, and craftsmanship from an early age.
With my background in engineering, maintenance, and hands-on problem-solving, I bring a detail-oriented, reliable, and skilled approach to every project I take on!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been hands-on with tools and problem-solving since I was 10 years old, helping my grandfather with plumbing and handyman work. That early experience sparked my passion for building, fixing, and understanding how things work.
From there, I spent 12 years in the U.S. Air Force working on weapon systems and preventative maintenance, ensuring mission-critical equipment was always in top shape. After the military, I continued honing my skills at Gulfstream Aerospace, EZ-GO, and SRNL, working in engineering, maintenance, and troubleshooting complex systems.
Over time, I realized my skills in technical work, design, and problem-solving could be applied to helping others in a meaningful way. That’s why I started offering my services—to bring my experience, reliability, and attention to detail to clients who need quality work they can trust.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including:
Small Business Owners & Startups – Helping entrepreneurs build their brand identity with logos, marketing materials, and website design.
Corporate & Engineering Clients – With my background in military, aerospace, and engineering maintenance, I’ve worked with technical teams to ensure precision, reliability, and efficiency in various projects.
Creative Professionals & Artists – Assisting fellow creatives with custom graphics, digital artwork, and branding solutions to bring their vision to life.
Individuals & Personal Projects – Whether it’s a custom design, home improvement project, or technical support, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life to turn ideas into reality.
Government & Industrial Clients – With my 12 years in the U.S. Air Force and experience at Gulfstream, EZ-GO, and SRNL, I understand the importance of precision, safety, and efficiency in high-stakes environments.
No matter the project, I bring professionalism, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach to ensure quality results.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently helped a client remove unwanted trees from her backyard. She needed several limbs cut down, so I brought my chainsaw and carefully removed each one she wanted gone. Once we confirmed all the necessary trees were taken care of, I helped her clear the yard, making sure everything was neat before I left.
What stood out to me most was the joy on her face when she saw the transformation. The entire project took about four hours, and it was incredibly rewarding to see how much of a difference it made for her.
This job was what inspired me to start helping more people with their projects. Seeing firsthand how much my work can impact someone’s space and peace of mind pushed me to take this path seriously.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for Experience & Skill – Make sure the provider has the right background, training, and hands-on experience to handle the job properly. Ask about their past projects and expertise.
Check Reviews & References – A strong track record speaks for itself. Look at reviews, testimonials, or ask for references to ensure they have a history of satisfied customers.
Get Clear Pricing & Expectations – A reliable provider will be upfront about costs, timelines, and what’s included in the service. Avoid vague estimates or hidden fees.
Communication is Key – Choose someone who listens to your needs, explains the process clearly, and keeps you updated throughout the project.
Look for Attention to Detail – Whether it’s design work, maintenance, or a hands-on job, precision and quality matter. A good provider takes pride in their work and ensures everything is done right.
Hire Someone Who Cares About the End Result – The best providers go beyond just doing the job; they genuinely want to help you achieve your goals and ensure you’re satisfied with the final outcome.
If you’re looking for a provider who values quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, I’d be happy to help with your next project.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is my exact goal for this project? – Be clear about what you need, whether it’s a design project, maintenance work, or repairs. The more specific you are, the better the provider can meet your expectations.
What is my budget? – Have a general idea of how much you’re willing to invest. A professional can help you understand what’s possible within your budget.
What is my deadline or preferred timeline? – Do you need this done ASAP, or do you have flexibility? Some projects take more time, so knowing your deadline helps with scheduling.
Are there any specific materials, styles, or features I want? – For design work, consider colors, themes, or inspirations. For hands-on work, think about materials or preferences you might have.
What are my expectations for communication and updates? – Do you want frequent updates, or are you okay with a hands-off approach? Clear communication avoids misunderstandings.
Have I looked at examples of what I like? – If it’s a creative project, bringing references or ideas helps the professional understand your vision. If it’s a technical job, having examples or details can speed up the process.
Do I need any permits or approvals? – For certain projects, you may need approval from a landlord, HOA, or local authorities. Checking beforehand prevents delays.
What does success look like for me? – Understanding what will make you satisfied with the end result ensures that you and the provider are on the same page from the start.
By thinking through these questions before reaching out, you’ll save time, get better results, and make sure your project is handled smoothly.
