What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices here at Volusia bobcat are very competitive and we’re not looking to hurt anybody’s pocket or put strain in anyone’s life. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards or cash app and Zelle.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My customer satisfaction guarantee runs through me also through my sales team that is 100% goal to make sure customers are satisfied with everything from start to finish

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 20 years experience and running a company Here in central Florida

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve always had the fascination of doing tree work and the outcome of the time and effort and making customers happy

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with residential homeowners for many many years and I have worked with many commercial clients from stores to working at power plants and removing trees off of their buildings car dealerships. You name it if there is a tree there we could be there.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Never give any including myself a deposit before they do the job we offer a service we give you a quote to do the job we do the job and then you pay us. Do not ever give any company a deposit to do tree work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Don’t always go with the cheapest price sometimes the cheapest price can nip you in the butt just saying go with somebody that has experience with somebody that earns your trust and also make sure they have insurance and again make sure you never give any professional company a deposit to do a service as far as Tree work I highly recommend that
