What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All of my pricing is done based on the size of the project at hand. All of my estimates are in person. This gives us the most accurate pricing for each job we are given.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We always start out each customer with an in person estimate and discuss what exactly they are looking for.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The best way we train is to do the work. We are hands on company and learn different tricks on how to make yards look good every single day. We are constantly trying to improve our performance every day to make our clients yards look phenomenal.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have grown up doing this type of work on our own acreage and started a lawn service when was younger mowing around the neighborhood and have always like making yards look their best.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers. We are here to take care of anyone and everyone.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We helped a client clean their property back up. Had tree sapling all over and they were starting to take over a bigger tree making it suffocate. We got the yard all cleaned and made it look a big difference. It took us approximately 8 hours to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Just make sure the provider knows what they are to be physically doing. Some providers do not ask enough questions. Also, make sure they are going to be reliable. We inform all of the clients that reach out to us when we meet that if something comes up that we are unable to service them we will reach out to them as soon as we can that way they are informed. Communication is the key.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should have a budget set in mind that they want to spend. Make sure you know your budget prior to reaching out. That way you do not agree on a price and then realize that it is more than you can truly afford. A timeframe on when they would like to have the project completed. Have an idea on when you are wanting to have the project done by. This will help the professional determine if they will be able to get you on the schedule to meet your needs. If it is a dire need that it has to be done ASAP or if it can wait. When it is the middle of summer some companies offer lawn service and just like us our lawns are our priority during that time. So, if you are wanting tree trimming or landscaping it may be pushed back until lawns are caught up. Especially if we are currently getting a lot of rain. How often the lawn would need to be serviced? Most Lawns will need to be serviced on a weekly basis during the peak growing season. This is due to 1) It is hard on the professionals equipment when it is thick. 2) It is better for the lawn to cut more often during peak growing season so you are not shocking your lawn giving it a more better look instead of leaving it coated in grass clippings
