What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is very fair, we don’t hide anything and it’s all itemized in the estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I would see what issues you are having or if it’s landscaping, see what your vision is. I would then provide my ideas or steps to resolve any issues you have. Provide an estimate, see if there’s any last changes or add ons. Once approved then will start the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified in tree trimming , but don’t do trees as much anymore

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I been doing it since I was a kid. My father had his own company back then. So been doing this pretty much all my life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with commercial customers, residential customers. Jobs that are big and small based on each customers budget.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We did a landscaping from scratch. Ripped out everything and installed new plants, different tone rocks and added landscaping led lighting. It was night and day. Neighbors loved it as well. I enjoy when we can make each property have its own look.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the professional is very knowledgeable in the plants they will install. Like knowing what plants to put in shaded area and full sun areas. Also the type of plants in the proper areas where they won’t over take the bed in a year or so.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Is this going to be a big project or small project. Make sure it’s in there budget
