What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We typically charge per day or per hours per employee, on site 8 hours, no charge for travel. We negotiate bids on part-day projects as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We assess the job; explain the cost items (e.g., the cost of hardware such as drip irrigation fittings, hoses and supplies, or lumber and materials costs for construction); estimate the labor hours; guarantee the scheduling and manpower availability; and compile a detailed written quote.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have years of construction and landscape experience, including with large companies that provide regular training and audit performance and customer satisfaction. Th feedback I get from the customer is the best training there is.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I really enjoy the sense of accomplishment of seeing an end product that is a significant improvement in the owner's property, especially for private homeowners.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Many types, although we typically do residential work now.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently spent about 3 months doing a large-scale remodeling of a customer's home. We started with installing drip irrigation; we demo'd the interior of the garage, removing old, useless storage bins and hauling them away, then insulated and installed drywall and installed an insulated ceiling, lighting and upgraded plumbing with a concealing wall for the furnace and water heater; we demo'd an old shower and built a new shower from scratch, including all new floor and pan, tiling and fixtures; we carpeted and painted every room in the house; we removed and replaced 3 large mirrors; and refinished cabinetry and flooring that was scratched, worn or damaged. We also have a team to help you move to another house, we are at your service, we have our trucks, we have rates of $ 40 dollars per hour when it is more than 7 hours and when it is less than 6 hours, the hour is $ 49 dollars per hour for each of our workers and for our truck we are charged separately of $ 270 dollars for 7 hours and when it is less than 5 hours it is $ 400

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find qualified, dedicated people who work together as a team and have a breadth of experience in performing not just the work you are hiring them to perform, but also other types of work related to the project or that you might add to the job.
