What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I love meeting new clients, introducing myself and discussing clients future property plans. Sometimes depending on photo quality I can provide an instant estimate via message. However, I prefer & enjoy meeting my clients and providing an accurate estimate on site. I can be reached via email, text, & call. 100% customer satisfaction is one of my highest priority's. I usually respond quickly within a couple minutes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 10+ plus years in the Tree service industry. 20+ years in the landscaping field as well. I can't stay put, I truly love what I do. It's true when you have passion for what you do, it doesn't feel like work. Serving the community, putting smiles on my clients is what it's all about.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started doing this type of work when I started my first job at a golf course, many years ago. My job was to mow the grass, maintain the course looking clean and presentable. I learned many skills that I would soon apply at a landscaping company I worked for and the rest is history!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I enjoy meeting new clients and being apart of their future property plans. All types, I am a very accommodating & flexible!
