What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we find out what the customers goals are and then we create a plan.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Absolutely, with a recent degree in entomology I value education. I always look for ways to improve my skills and deepen my knowledge. Currently, I'm reading Betrocks and I study online as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up cutting grass for my Dads business when I was 9 back in 1983. Since then I grew fond of the environment we live in. A desire to learn about all the environment moved me back into school. I graduated from Broward College with a Associates degree in Biology and then I got my Bachelors degree in Entomology which has led to my Pest Control License. I also hold certifications in tree trimming and fertilization. I love what I do because everyday is a new challenge and a new opportunity to meet new people and share my expertise.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Landscape maintenance and pest control services. But we also offer a wide variety of other services such as landscape renovations and sprinkler modifications.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

When I first moved into my home a couple years ago my lawn was mostly weeds. However, a couple years later after using weed preventive measures my lawn has really filled in and there are almost no weeds now. But I think what has made me most proud is that "my lawn has been established without irrigation or re sodding".

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do not hire a company without getting a few estimates? Ask a lot of questions and mention issues in regards to your situation. Communication is very important to establish early and for the long haul.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I strive for perfection in all I do.I will make sure you're satisfied with my work.
