What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I understand anything related to trees is expensive. I am here to help you save money and receive quality work at the right price. Everyone in the tree industrial charges differently due to their experiences or the types of equipment they have. I am currently offering winter discounts and a monthly installment plan for any work that is above 1,000.00. First-time customer discount and Veteran discount. Contact me for more information.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I request to have their information and a brief description of the work they are looking for. Then I ask for a day and time that is convenient for them to receive their in-person Free Estimate. Customers will receive a written estimate and also an electronic estimate to their email. I provide them with two references. I email all my documents to their emails such as Property Insurance, Tree license, and Workers Comp Insurance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am an ISA Certifed member and I have my L.T.E # from the Department of Natural Resources. I am aware of all the laws and regulations regarding tree care.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My brother encouraged me to start this business with him. He is highly known for his great performance. I've never met someone that makes tree work look so easy. Fast, Efficient, and Quality. When I saw how much he loves doing the work and what it meant to him, I strive to make this company work. I am happy to say it's been going well and we look forward to having new customers. Our customers are not just customers to us.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with HOA and Property Management customers. I have also worked for residential and commercial customers. A lot of my customers are residential.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We removed a Large Oaktree near the powerlines not too long ago. The tree was removed due to it having Oak Wilt. The tree was removed in sections with a crane. Within three hours the tree was down. Then we grind it the stump and hauled away the mulch. The work was completed around noon.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I recommend that you ask them questions about the tree and see how educated that person is about tree care. The way that person treats you is also important and how he or she communicates with you. Make sure they are licensed and insured as well.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do I really need my trees checked and are my trees hazardous to my home?
