What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Treat the customer with the best possible education, offer our services, including discounts. Show our professionalism in the tree removal industry.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Working at the Asplundh company, we received training every month. I learned first aid. The importance of seeing and analyzing the risks that each job entails, including power lines.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After 12 years working for many tree service companies throughout the country, GBE Guifarro Tree Sercive LLC, was born from the idea of being able to create our own family company to provide a professional and accessible service to our community.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with various types of clients from many countries in the world, and they have always been happy with our services because we have no preferences. Our priority is your satisfaction, completing the job safely and effectively.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We removed a large maple tree 40 inches wide by 75 feet tall in the city of Hartford. In a safe and efficient way, it took us around 3 hours to complete the project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First, look for a company that has very good reviews on the tree service. Second, full insurance for clients and workers, also, they must have all the permits to be able to operate in the state.

First, think about whether you are talking to the right person in the tree service industry. if the person is trained to do the job. if you have the necessary licenses and insurance to operate.
