What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer discounts during the winter off fruit trees and Hardwoods that are more susceptible to diseases and infestations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to get all their information and a good description of the work. We can come out and take a look at it even if they’re not home and we will Send out a estimate. Our estimates and software system allows them to accept the proposal and send it back to us

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have done many seminars and business classes but the best training I ever got was hands-on

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My Father taught me a lot about this business. I had a passion to take it in to do it even better.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with residential and commercial customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Storm damaged tree customer called we were there in an hour and cleaned up the mess.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We are fully insured you want to make sure everybody is insured. If you can check references that’s great also look at reviews.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Long term maintenance and health of tree s and soil.
