Prices can very greatly depending on the scale of the project. For instance, the removal of a 40' tree in a field could be significantly easier than the removal of a 20' tree near power-lines or structures. We try to give accurate and reasonable estimates in line with the scope of work. If an estimate is outside what was expected, we encourage our customers to ask questions and communicate with us. We aim for our services to be reasonably priced and for our customers to be satisfied.

First we would set up a date and time for one of our members to come out and give a free estimate. If the price of the estimate is acceptable for the customer and the scope of work is within reason for our estimator to complete at time of estimation then we will aim to complete the project at said time. This can often make it easier for us and therefore easier for our customers as well. If the scope of work would need more time, then we will set up a time frame with the customer in which we can complete the work. As our services are performed 100% outside, it is not necessary to have anyone present unless access is needed, i.e. through a gate or fence. If no one is present while we perform work, we do intend to notify our customers when we arrive and leave, for added security purposes.

I am a former wildlland firefighter from Fairbanks, AK. Along with this, I grew up on farm and treed land, mitigating brush and fuels. I hold priority hiring to current and retired firefighters and military as well.

We work with a wide variety of customers, from small jobs of pruning and trimming, to full scale multi-acre fire mitigation. No job is too small or too big.

In summer of 2023 we had a 3 acre project of fire mitigation that involved the removal of around 350 trees. These trees were in a heavily slopped area and involved hauling both up and down hill. All in all the project took around 12 days to complete.

It helps to have in mind the scope of work and what exactly you wish to be accomplished. Also, while it can very greatly, having a general price range in mind can help us achieve your precise goals.

The size of a project is usually not too hard to estimate, however the complexity is easily overlooked. As mentioned earlier, a large tree that is easily accessible might be cheaper than even a few branches that might wrap around a power-line or have chance of falling onto a house.
