What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

You contact me and tell me what you want when I get there or just send me pictures and point out the items that you want me to take or if it’s demo I need you to be there in person to show me exactly what you want

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked for a company, 10 years doing demolition and tile installation and then afterwords I was a warranty guy finishing up all the touches. All the imperfections were repaired having the house be ready for the new move-in’s

I worked in construction for many years

What types of customers have you worked with?

I worked with all kinds of different people that live in Sacramento. Most of people are good. There are some difficult people, I mean the worst thing I can say is no☺️

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Demolishion and dump. Hauling this when you get to see project starting from scratch.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Have an idea what you want before the contractor shows up so you will already have your mindset on what you want

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have the material ready before I get there so we would not waste your time because time is money and a lot of gems. I do per hour so if I get there and materials not there I still have to go pick it up. It will be a part of the bill.
