Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
It is challenging to know the project cost over the phone. We pride ourselves on being able to have an estimator come see your project the same day you contact us.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Give us a call, we will come assess the work needing to be done, give you an estimate and schedule the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our experienced Arborists will teach you the ins and outs of tree health, safety and care. Don't feel shy we love to answer all your questions.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We have been working in tree service for most of our lives. Our Lead Arborist Gil, has 35 years experience and Raymond our Certified Arborist is a fourth generation tree man. Rick and Rob both have 40 years in tree work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work for all types of customers from pruning small fruit trees to large commercial clearing projects and everything in between.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently, strong winds blew down 7 large pines nearly missing our clients home and leaving a few caught up precariously. We came in and safely removed the dangers from hitting the home and cleaned up their property beautifully.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
There are many small inexperienced tree services who are unlicensed or insured. This is dangerous work and if you don't have the proper experience, equipment and insurance the project could turn into a disaster. Hiring for quality is always the best plan.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Trees can create unassumingly dangerous situations. Even if everything about the tree seems fine it is wise to contact a trained professional for a thorough analysis.
