We have a job cost minimum of $400

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We strive to provide excellent service for new customers. A representative will meet with them directly, go over their questions and job scope in detail, provide them with a free estimate, and schedule their work. At any time during the process they have access to their representative and office for any questions or concerns they have. Upon completion they are invoiced accordingly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have worked in the Tree Services Industry for over 30 years, of which two years were spent providing safety training for one of the world's premier and highly reputable tree industry training organizations. We have certified arborists, utility line clearance specialists and certified tree workers on staff.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began as a grounds man for a tree company in Arizona at the age of 15 years old. Throughout my years working for them I worked my way up to certified tree worker, then certified tree arborist and safety instructor.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our customers include: Residential and Commercial Properties, Utility Companies, Municipalities and Parks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are knowledgeable in the trade and that they are listening to what you what. Someone knowledgeable will provide the best solutions safely and efficiently.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are you experienced? Is there a minimum? How long will the project take?
