Our Pricing is pre-set so you will never have to worry about adjustments on site.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Relax! When you book an appointment with one of our Professionals we won’t be selling you. We will measure and evaluate your home, listen to what you need & present a clear solution.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We hold DC, DCQ, MKE HC licensees and are fully insured.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Modern Exterior Started from a multiple members leaving corrupt companies where ethics were non existent and homeowners were being taken advantage of. We grouped together to create something that had high standards and put the home owners first.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with residential, commercial & insurance companies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We absolutely love to install any LP Brand of siding! Its so beautiful and the entire process is fun to watch start to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be open and honest with your contractor so that they know everything that's going on behind the scenes and a good contractor will be open and honest to work with you start to finish.
