Introduction

Customers should hire Rescue My Roof because we will back our products and labor. We offer a 20 year or 50 year shingle warranty through Atlas. Most companies offer 5-10 years on labor and shingles get prorated after 12. We also offer a Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on NEW roofs. Rescue My Roof warrants to the homeowner that the roof installation will be free of defects in workmanship. Should a failure occur due to defects in workmanship, that may cause leakage or loss of shingles; Rescue My Roof will repair such problem by suppling labor for as long as you own your home. This warranty is transferable one time to your buyer.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I am reasonably priced. I try to give discounts to military personnel , service people, and elderly people.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I am not high pressure as far as sales. I don’t have a routine. I try to figure out what the customer wants in a new roof and get it for them. Generally I like to give them an estimate to review. Ask me questions, pick out shingle option and color. I try to keep them in the loop when we will begin and then I hope to make them completely satisfied.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been to many trainings offered by individual shingle manufacturers. I am State if WI licensed for many years. I have an eye for details.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started flipping houses back in the day. I learned how to do just about everything. I found I really enjoyed being outside breathing the fresh air all day. I also enjoy how big an impact we can make on a home in a short time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with customers who ask a billion questions and watch me every minute and I have worked on people who never will see their own roof at all. I’ve worked with first time home buyers, people looking to sell, elderly, middle aged , all races. Pretty much everyone. If you want a great roof then we can get along!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We did a roof earlier this year in Menomonee Falls. The color the homeowner chose was not always picked against grays or blue houses. This house was stone and wood, neutral colored. It looked great, I liked very much how it turned out.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would encourage them to talk to a past customer or two. Make sure the contractor isn’t just a fast talker but has your best interest at heart. Make sure they are licensed and insured.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
How long will I be in the house? Are there any problem areas I have noticed? Don’t be afraid to ask anything. No dumb questions!!!!
