Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is based on the scope and complexity of each project. We provide a detailed, transparent proposal that outlines all costs upfront—no hidden fees. While we do not typically offer discounts, we ensure competitive pricing for high-quality workmanship. Custom projects may have additional costs based on materials and design complexity, which we discuss during the consultation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We begin with a free consultation and on-site evaluation to discuss your project in detail. This helps us fully understand your needs, expectations, and any specific requests, ensuring our proposal is accurate and tailored to your requirements. Next, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, project timeline, and pricing. Once approved, we finalize the agreement and schedule the project at a time that works best for you. Our skilled professionals execute the project with a commitment to quality and clear communication at every stage. Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Any concerns are promptly addressed, and we only consider the project complete when you are fully satisfied. We value long-term relationships, so we follow up after the project to ensure you’re happy with the results and to assist with any further needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Entrepreneurship has always been in my blood. My journey began with Totally Clean, a carpet cleaning and flood restoration company, where I found my passion for helping homeowners restore and improve their living spaces. This drive led me to the exterior remodeling industry and ultimately to founding Committed Contracting. At Committed Contracting, my team and I are dedicated to delivering top-quality roofing, siding, windows, doors, remodeling, gutters, and more. We also assist homeowners with storm restoration and insurance claims, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. My top priority is building a team of dedicated, trustworthy professionals who put customer satisfaction first.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with a wide range of customers, including homeowners, property managers, business owners, general contractors, and insurance companies. Our experience spans residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring we can meet the unique needs of each client. Whether it's a small repair, a large-scale renovation, or a new construction project, we tailor our services to deliver the best results.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When hiring a contractor, verify their credentials to ensure they are licensed, insured, and reputable. Check customer reviews and ask for references to assess their reliability and quality of work. A professional contractor should provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, pricing, and timeline. Communication is key, so choose someone who is responsive, transparent, and keeps you informed throughout the project. While cost is a factor, don’t simply choose the lowest bid—quality and long-term value are just as important for a successful outcome.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Project Goals: What do you want to achieve with this project? Are there specific features or materials you prefer? Budget: What is your budget range, and are you open to recommendations on cost-effective alternatives? Timeline: When do you need the project completed, and do you have any scheduling constraints? Scope of Work: Are you looking for a full-service contractor to handle everything, or will you be managing certain aspects yourself? Permits & Regulations: Are there any local permits or HOA guidelines that might affect the project? Previous Issues: Have there been past problems with the space (e.g., water damage, structural concerns) that need to be addressed?
