What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We greatly value communication throughout the process of interacting with our leads and clients. We will reach out to you by phone after you have found us on Thumbtack, and leave you a message if we do not reach you. We will then set up a profile for you and set you up for a free inspection or free consultation, depending on your needs and what trades you are looking at. We will educate, assist, and guide you through the process so you know who we are and what we offer. We stand by our motto, "Your Kingdom, At Your Service!" At Kingdom Contracting, you are royalty! We stand by our work and we operate with integrity in every step of the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are licensed and insured in Wisconsin and continue to educate ourselves on new practices, materials, trends, and techniques. We have ongoing development both personally and professionally for all our team members.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Sam has been in the home improvement industry for a number of years operating in a number of capacities. With the desire to transform the industry by providing homeowners with an incredible service and experience during their home projects, through high quality workmanship and using equally high quality materials, he decided this could be accomplished by starting his own business. The business was founded on the principles of honesty, integrity, care, compassion, and doing all with excellence with the clients in mind. Kim’s background was in client service and finance working for an esteemed firm with affluent clients for over 20 years. Together they formed a strong partnership and a passion to transform the home improvement industry as a team always with the clients experience in mind. We want every homeowner and client no matter the length of time they interact with Kingdom Contracting, or the size of their project be treated as Royalty. We enjoy building rapport and trust with every client we have becoming part of our Kingdom family and it very easy to provide a 5 star review at interaction or project completion!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with mainly residential clients. We have worked with all ages, men and women, homeowners and investment property owners, clients of different backgrounds with different types of homes, and we love to grow in connecting with all kinds of awesome people!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently did a full re-roof and chimney repair for a client. We were so excited to remove the stress he had with his old roof and chimney, and we gave him a roof and chimney he can be proud of! The project took approximately 1 week.
