What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Discuss project via phone conversation or text, then take a look at the project in person and go over everything in person, then I work up the estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In the field training along with being a certified installer for the brand of shingles I sell.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've been in construction my whole life, roofing for 10 years

What types of customers have you worked with?

mainly individual homeowners, and property owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We installed a large ranch style roof (almost 5000 sq/ft) 2 days of tear off and I installed the new roof in 3 days. I'm not as fast as a large crew, but when you hire me I'm the installer as well.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions about quality of material, what's best for your home, who's doing the install? Are you subcontracting the work out? If so to who? have you worked with them? If so how long? are they insured?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Time frame of when they'd like the work done, and what type of materials theyd like to use.
