What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free consultations at the appointment. If you are a veteran, you will receive a $500 discount on a full roof replacement.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is to meet with you first and let you know how long the appointment will go. For roof appointments, you can expect us to be there from 60-90 minutes. Next, we will sit down with you and discuss your specific needs to better understand how we can help. Then we will do a thorough inspection (ex. Get photos, and even make a short video to bring the roof down to you!). Fourth, we will demo our products and then give you the estimate on the spot. We then will present affordable payment options for your roof system package. Timelines and scheduling would follow so you know when to expect your new roof install.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are Certainteed Master Craftsman which means that we are certified to give you extended warranties on your new roof.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was in my early 20’s, an old friend of mine asked me if I wanted to try working at a roofing company with him. I did and thought I’d quit after the first day because of how hard it was. But I pushed through and kept going the next day. Later in my life I decided to take a project manager position. I did that for about 6 years and enjoyed that position. As I gained more knowledge, I decided to take on a sales job at a local roofing company. I became pretty successful with sales but still felt I wasn’t doing what I felt I should be doing. I always thought I had some entrepreneurial spirit so I decided to open up my own roofing business. It’s not easy owning a business but I embrace the challenges as opportunities for growth. I enjoy what I do and can’t wait to see how far the business grows!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with primarily homeowners but have worked with commercial property owners. We also have worked for realtors and insurance companies.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

What type of projects do they specialize in? What is their experience level and qualifications? Do they have the necessary licenses and insurance? What is their approach to project management and communication? How do they handle scheduling and timelines? What is their payment schedule? How do they ensure quality control?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is the main goal or desired outcome of this project? What is your budget for this project? What is your timeline for this project? Are there any specific requirements or constraints? What are your expectations for the project deliverables? How frequently would you like to receive progress reports?
