What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have a base price not every job is The same some jobs are more complex than others I can give a rough estimate but I really would like too see job so quotes are accurate So we are on same page

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First I'll introduce my self my full name Explained to them that I would really like to give them a face to face estimate try to learn the most about there job so I can provide them with a fair and honest quote

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 18 years experience in exteriors Also in interiors I started when I was 16 years old I roofed first from there I learned everything there was to know about home improvement s I worked My way up from a laborer to a forman Than project manager than I thought It was time for me to go on my own And earn a honest living as a business owner

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started out of high school Laborer for a roofing company and moved up chain from there to exteriors To interiors even framed houses

I've worked with all types Senior citizens All races All age groups

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A siding job we did it was hardi plank Tear off and re install 60 sq it was a huge job soffit fascia and siding the reason we had to do it because last contractor did not install according to warranty siding was falling off because not nailed too studs when we were done the home owner was amazed it looked better than first job He was very amazed of the craftsmanship he was very satisfied Project took a month to complete

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get a couple of estimates You get what you pay for So if you take the cheapest quote The quality might not be there

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have a good idea of what they want And some sort of budget in mind that way I can know what type of materials to offer because there lower grade medium and high end materials.
