Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My prices are very reasonable and are more affordable than most companies, and high quality workmanship.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Greet myself, Learn the history of the roof, understand what the customer wants, go over options with the customer, present them with samples of the product, go over pricing and get the job scheduled and started.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been studying to become aware, understanding, concerning, and giving 100% attention and effort in making sure the customer is comfortable with my work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got started Roofing when I was 18, I loved working outdoors and hardwork feels so good when the day ends. Ever since I started I always wanted to start shingling, a buddy of mine got me hired at his family company and put me on a roof with a nail gun taught me how to get started and left me to figure it out. I got the hang of it and started to be really good in a year. And ever since I’ve just kept wanting to climb to the top and become the best roofer possible for affordable prices to help out those in need.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All kinds/ different types of customers I have came across and all were amazed and satisfied.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I started a 2 story apartment building, I went inside the attic and noticed a bunch of rotted and moldy plywood. We ended having to tear off most of the plywood about 40 sheets and putting down 40 brand new cdx sheets. We then put down some underlayment and brand new shingles. We cut in 10 more vents due to the lack of air flow in the attic. The job turned out phenomenally and everything went accordingly. This job took 2 days 4 guys.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure to not buy into salesman that are trying to take advantage of you! Hire someone who is honest in what they say, someone who knows what they are talking about definitely goes a long way. Always Get Atleast 3 quotes for an estimate for any project, so you know your not paying top top dollar, unless you want too.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Does my roof have more life left, and should I do a repair or replacement?
