What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We understand that a roof is one of the most important structures to a home, therefore we strive to be fair and competitive. We also offer discounts to military and veterans!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once an inquiry comes in, we schedule a time to come out, take a look at the roof, take measurements, meet with the customer and talk about their expectations and desires for the roof. Once we have all that information we are able to provide our customer with an accurate cost estimate of the job. After agreement, our customers pick out a shingle color, a contract is signed and project scheduled and completed!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

About a decade of on the job training; at first by a local trusted roofing company, classroom training, to later being self employed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It was always my desire to make a difference in peoples lives. After working for a roofing company for a few years, I decided to do this on my own, realizing that I could make a difference being a small business owner from the initial conversations with potential customers, to completed projects and a happy clients!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We are grateful to work with a variety of customers! From home owners, fellow contractors, home builders, realtors and investors!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had the pleasure of completing over 100 homes for one of America’s top home builders-DR Horton. We did a large community “Woodhaven” out in Vancouver WA along with a few homes in Beaverton OR. It was an amazing opportunity!
