Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I give out free estimates, I will work with the customer and their budget offering them the best product tailored to their budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Seeing their roof in person is going to give me the best idea as to what their new roof or roof repair will cost. Once I have inspected the roof, I will work up a bid and explain the process and pricing to my customer in great detail to make sure they fully understand their future investment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I continue to educate myself and my team on all the of products that are on the market, making sure I am selling high quality products and installing them in the best way possible.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have been in construction since I was a young kid working alongside of my grandpa and my dad. I started getting into construction on my own as a young adult mostly in remodeling and barn repair.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I work with all types of customers; I am open and honest about quality and products and try my best to tailor to the needs of the customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure they are very detailed into what products they are putting on your home. There are a lot of products on the market that are cheaply made and will not last nearly as long as they claim.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before jumping to a new roof, make sure it is needed. Have repairs been done before? How many repairs? Are we financially ready for this investment? Your home is your biggest investment and should be one that is highly protected.
