What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is "in the middle." We are often more comprehensive, so sometimes it seems like we cost more. But we're just including what you need so there are fewer surprises.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Been a licensed general contractor in Washington & Oregon since 2011. Continuing education required for Oregon license. NOTHING required in Washington to demonstrate competence for us, or any other "licensed" contractor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad is a builder. He makes castles, I'll fix yours!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Professionals, engineers, teachers, soldiers, etc. All types of people are welcome. We're primarily working with people that care about doing a good job, and aren't looking for slipshod work. We don't do cheap. We don't do expensive. We do what's needed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask the Wrong Questions Bad questions Why is it so expensive? Why not just take the cheapest? All these products are basically the same, right? Good questions What am I getting for my money? What should I be considering? What am I missing? Will this last as long as I need it to? What are the real problems that I could have even if I choose this system, regardless of the guarantee? What’s the track record of this company in resolving problems when they occur?
