What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer competitive pricing within our industry. Willing to work with different customers whether they are home owners, builders or property managers. We are very flexible as a company as to who we work with.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Initial contact and feel for the project. If the project is something we specialize in and can take care of we will usually offer a free estimate. However, if the project is larger than usually we will work towards producing a competitive quote with transparency of all pricing. Once we have details dialed in we will create a schedule and sign an contractual commitment for a start AND finish date to make sure things are running smoothly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

-Weekly safety meetings -Training throughout the year for specialized installs and trades we do with various vendors and companies we work with.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our crews grew up working in the trades and each one has a natural nack and ability for tradesman ship as well as a pride of ones workmanship and ability. Each member of our team has started from the very beginning phases of sweeping and cleaning jobsites to now their current level of specialization.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Work with all types of customers. Home owners, builders, developers, property managers and HOA's. We've seen a lot of different customers throughout our time in business.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

New construction Siding + window install. Took us about 1.5 months to property wrap and water protect build from the Elements. Installed two different styles of James Hardie Lap and Panel siding.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask questions on your initial inquiry and have a plan of what your looking to get done in advance for maximum efficiency. Being prepared will save both customer time and money as well as simplify things for contractor therefore being more affordable.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Figure out your timeline of how long you want project to take. Breakdown your budget to identify what you want done and what your willing to spend on and what to cut back on. Figure out material favorites in each phase of construction.
