What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do estimates on site with accuracy on measurements in order to provide an excellent experience from beginning to end answering all questions and clarifying all concerns and needs about the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Usually we ask for the phone number street address and email to start the customer file and then move forward to the appointment.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 5 years of experience on roofing and gutters our team/family have worked with larger companies especially UNION, plus we are REAL CERTIFIED by GAF roof shingle manufacturer in order to not only give a good quality of work but also offer the best warranty on labor and materials as possible.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our family has started working on larger companies even with the UNION and then we (EDUARDO & YURI) founded EY CONTRACTORS LLC.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All over those years we have served all different communities always looking to give peace in mind to everyone keeping our customers updated with step by step of the progress.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently we've replaced a really hard access roof with a Grand Sequoia shingle that gives the perfect matching on this huge house the homeowner is a general contractor, he approved everything that we did edge to edge, it could not be more pleasant after 5 days of hard work striving against the weather and high pitch level roof 12/12, getting the approval of another expert professional my effort was paid off.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make SURE the contractor you are hiring is qualified licensed bonded fully insured (ask proves of what he/her says its real) never hurt to ask but definitely helps you make the right choice. At the end its all about your home so you and family deserve the best.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

First of all what do you need to be done and what are your wishes about the project and then a real professional will combine the needs and wishes and customize an estimate based on it.
