We do not charge any upfront fees to bid your project. We have a $250.00 minimum for small projects.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Come to their home or business, look over the project and supply a competitive bid.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

30 years in construction related experience and problem solving. As the owner I come to your site in person and bring my experience in ALL aspects of construction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was supplying and consulting on Owner/Builder construction loans and this transitioned into land development and new home construction.

What types of customers have you worked with?

People of all types and skills. All walks of life. We get along with most anybody!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Ww built an ADA ramp, repaired drywall that was water damaged and had mold. These took a few days. We did a major remodel on a 1500 square foot home that took months. We can do most anything.

If you want experience quality and professionalism, hire us.
