What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing for roof repairs/ maintenance includes material and an hourly rate. Pricing on roof installation is based per square foot (includes any tear off, disposal of tear off, materials, and labor)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once we become in contact with a customer we arrange and appointment to start a quote on their project. We go to the residence, measure the roof and give a quote on that same day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Luna Roofing is a family owned business. We have been in the roofing industry for more than 15 years. We also worked for the Roofing Union and gained more knowledge while working there.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Luna Roofing have worked with apartment complex owners, residential owners and commercial buildings thru out the larger Seattle area.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We don't have a specific project that we are fond of. Luna Roofing takes pride on all the projects that we work on.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would have to say hire someone that you feel a comfortable with when meeting, also one that has experience, knowledge and gives out more options to your project.
