Introduction

Experienced Roofing, General Contracting & Handyman Services – Quality First I offer a 10% discount on labor for all veterans current Or retired emergency services ie EMS, Police and Fire Department personnel, and I offer a 15% discount for disabled veterans on labor! Welcome to my Thumbtack profile! I am a master roofer with over a decade of experience working with every roofing system available. With more than 20 years in the construction industry, I have developed a wide range of skills, allowing me to tackle various projects with confidence and expertise. I offer competitive, job-specific pricing, as rates for roofing differ from painting and other services. Most listed prices reflect labor costs only—materials and travel expenses are separate. Rather than charging hourly, I prefer to provide a flat-rate quote, ensuring my customers receive fair pricing and high-quality results, no matter how long the job takes. Customer satisfaction and workmanship quality are my top priorities. If I take on a job, I will do whatever it takes to get it done right. Even in unfamiliar tasks, I have the experience and resourcefulness to find solutions and deliver excellent results. Feel free to reach out with any questions about services or pricing—I’m happy to provide a clear and fair quote for your project!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Prices vary depending on project and difficulty and increase with rot or plywood that needs changed. Listed price is either the price for the job or to come out and give and estamate. If given an estamate pricing the list priceing will be deducted out of of total estamate. Discounts rn for roofing as I am trying to obtain more reviews for starting my business

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Depends on project. But I usually will ask alot questions so i can give them as many options as possible, cause i wanna make sure they are satisfied, there is always multipul ways of doing something, roofing however i only do things the right way, and there are options, but really depends on what the customer wants but it's what they accept that really matters. I want to walk away proud of what I did, not the typical looks good from my house type of work

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Haven't had many side jobs recently was working for a company in charge of commercial flat 300sq or 30000 warehouse sf job. Took 2 and a half weeks

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Cross check how long they have had their phone number. It's a good litmus test if they are trustworthy cause alot of people will sell and put on a roof and then block the person or change there number! Unfortunately the fly by nights have given roofing a bad wrap so even the most trustworthy roofers get looked at like we are gonna pull one over on ya. And we're not all like that!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What's the goal? Or the result they want to achieve? You get 2 out of 3 options when it comes to trades and custom work, Fast/cheap/quality Money or financing i.e. roofing is expensive and the material and industry is inflated. roofing is never a cheap thing. Don't try to repair yourself before at least talking with a professional be safe and tarp the area if you have issues. You may make his job harder in doing so and he may end up charging you more, so save your time and money with fixes that may not work! If you have any existing roof leak problem understand it's a pay me now or pay me later situation. Reference 1974 fram oil commercial
