What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

prices always vary from project to project. a lot of factors matter such a slope of the roof, pitch of the roof, details, etc. Our company is always trying to stay competitive on the market.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First of all, it would be a site visit. no matter what type of project, I always would like to stop by and look at it myself. Afterward, we would discuss pricing, and if customers like everything, we will get a contract and schedule the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are installing Owens Corning roofing system. all of our employees are getting trained annually by them. We provide you with quality of work so you don't have to worry about your project

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Family. Ever since I was a child I helped my dad with different types of projects. that's when I knew I liked doing this type of work and started to work for a construction company where I got a lot of experience

What types of customers have you worked with?

we've had different types of customers. as most of you know, not every project can be perfect. there's always a chance for something to go, not as planned. But we always want to make our customers happy no matter what it takes, so we are doing our best to figure out/solve any problems we may run into

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The most recent project was rebuilding/reframing the roof structure after heavy wind storms. tree felt on the roof and broke most of the framing. it was difficult to work between the weather in WA. It took almost a month with all the permits and insurance claims, but we managed to get it done.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Just to make sure that the customer likes a person who gets hired. For me, connection is important if I like someone I would choose them. also make sure that whoever you hire is licensed bonded and insured.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would say that customers should have a start/finish date set and have a budget from $x,xxx up to $x,xxx that they are willing to spend. Everything else, such as material, etc. professional will advise on what is the best fit for the project
