One advantage that I have over most other exterior contractors and roofing companies is that I was a custom home framer for 15 years so I'm familiar with home construction from the ground up. We also pride ourselves on communication, so no more calling someone who feels their voicemail is good enough for you. I also have the greatest respect for our military community but unfortunately we don't offer any discounts because I price every single project as low as possible from the beginning. I am asked a lot if we have any discounts for seniors or military personnel but rather than pad a job with extra money to be able to go back later and pretend as though I'm offering a discount, to me just seems dishonest. I price every project as low as possible regardless of age, status, nationality, color, creed, religious belief, it makes no difference because we want each and every customer to know we will do our very best to give you the best possible price we can. I'm personally involved with every project. I will be on the job numerous times and I personally police the grounds when we're finished to make sure the clean up is as pristine as it can be. If you decide to hire me, I guarantee a pristine roof, trim wrap, siding job or new gutters, whatever your construction needs are. The sense of accomplishment of a completed project has always been gratifying but I also enjoy the networking that comes with a new client. Payment for a completed job is the main goal for most, but I've always considered myself a " big picture" kind of guy, so the knowledge that I have access to someone's friends, family members, coworkers,etc. once we've completed another quality project is great. And not just because those people may need work as well, but because I've met so many people over the years that have also offered a service or had something to bring to the table.
