First, we will make contact and set up an appointment to meet you and get to know you better. Once we meet at your home we will determine what services you require and then create a plan of action to get the job done. We will provide you with an electronic and written estimate, and in most cases can sign a contract the very same day! Then we will book you onto our schedule based on both of our availability.

My father is a highly successful and sought after Residential & Commercial General Contractor whose been in business for over 40 years. Growing up I was taught how to do various things in the construction industry. Including set up a foundation wall, frame a house, shingle a roof, and use a tape measure at an early age. Edgar, our project manager, has 15+ years of working in the roofing industry. You can quickly check contractors License status by googling "DPOR Contractor License Look-Up", and search their business name. Their license number, specialty, and expiration will then appear. Secondly, I suggest having a good conversation with your contractor to ensure you are comfortable with them.

"I need my roof replaced by the end of next week, can you fit me on your schedule?" or "I need a metal roof, do you install metal?" 2. Deadlines 3.
