What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our general roof inspections are from $200-250. Roof maintenance repairs are $250-1,500. Emergency services (such as tarping) are $300+. Hail & Wind roof claims are $250. All fees are upon the complexity of the roof. We offer discounts to Veterans and Seniors.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Provide a prompt response on our availability, pricing and services. Set up the appointment based on the customer's preference and provide the reports and repairs in a timely manner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

With over 9 years of home improvement experience, over 7,000 roof inspections on the contractor and insurance side. Our inspectors are also certified by an Engineering firm, providing unmatched experience and expertise.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started in the home improvement industry working for general contractors before working for a Restoration company, handling roof claims, then worked for a roof inspection company on the insurance side, also handling roof claims, therefore, I was able to inspect over 6,000 properties.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with large property management companies, insurance carriers, homeowners, real estate buyers/sellers, and business owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We enjoy working with all customers however, lately we've really enjoyed helping homeowners who have had storm damage and are unsure on how to proceed with filing a claim and in need of finding the right contractor.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire an independent inspector before making a big decision such as replacing the roof or filing an insurance claim.

Seek an expert and unbiased opinion before making a decision. It will save you time and money.
