Choosing the right installers for your roof, siding, windows, gutters, and doors are as equally important as choosing the right product for your home. Most remodeling companies subcontract out their work, so the homeowner typically doesn't know who will be performing the work. Not the case with us. We have our own installers that we stand 100% behind to perform each job with perfection. Meeting the customers, and seeing the look of complete jubilation on their faces after a job well done is by far the biggest reward.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There is never a reason for a customer to pull the trigger on signing contract during an initial meeting, unless they feel completely comfortable with what is being offered. Do not fall for the high pressure sales tactics. The deal is never off the table after he or she leaves the house, there are no model homes, and do not agree to signing a contract after a slick sales rep comes in high and then drops low. These are all major red flags! Many of our customers sign during the initial meeting with Window Source representatives, but it's because we listen to our customers needs and requirements, disclose our no haggle pricing up front, use our own installers, provide a best in class warranty, and of course an elite product.
