We also offer financing options for qualified customers, and discounts may be available for veterans, first responders, and senior citizens. Our pricing is always clearly communicated with detailed estimates and no hidden fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a consultation to understand your needs and goals. Then, we provide a detailed estimate and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the project, keep you updated throughout, and ensure you're satisfied with the final result.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are a GAF-certified contractor, which means we’ve undergone training in the proper installation of GAF shingle systems and low-slope TPO and PVC roofing solutions. Our team regularly participates in continuing education to stay ahead of industry standards, safety protocols, and manufacturer best practices.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Summit Roofing Solutions was founded with a focus on storm restoration and insurance claims expertise, but quickly expanded into retail roofing to serve a broader range of homeowners and property managers. We saw how confusing and stressful the roofing process could be, so we set out to make it easier, more transparent, and more customer-focused from the first inspection to final cleanup.

We’ve worked with a wide variety of customers including single-family homeowners, HOAs, apartment complexes, and commercial property managers. Whether it’s a retail roof replacement, an insurance claim restoration, or just a free inspection for peace of mind, we have the experience and systems in place to serve projects of all sizes.
