What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Shop around and always go with the pro that just gives you a very positive vibe and that looks very professional and knowledgeable in the trade. And that can provide you with different options if possible.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
It will be a good idea for customers to be ready to pull the trigger on a project before contacting a Professional. Usually we tent to give free estimates and advice. But often times it cost the Pro money to sit in front of a client that has no intention of starting the project and just needs advice. So this might be a bit unfair for the pro if time is taken away and resources have been paid for the time.
