What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer discounts to Military, First Responders, Teachers, Nurses, and Doctors. All estimates are delivered immediately to the customer. No hidden fees with our hassle free process.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We follow a simple process when working with customers: 1) Plan time to meet at home. 2) We inspect your roof for damage / wear / tear / etc. This is free. 3) We provide estimate for repair or replacement. 4) When approved, we arrange time to meet insurance adjuster or to meet customer for repairs/replacement.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have 60 years of combined experience in Roofing, Insurance, and Construction industries. All project managers are trained and qualified to spot hail damage, storm damage, granular loss, minor water leaks, and more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

With 60 years combined experience in the Insurance and Roofing industries, we wanted to provide something of value to the customer. We love providing a service and seeing a customer smile once a job is complete. The roof is one of the most important parts of the home to shield you from Sun, Rain, Wind, Hurricanes, and we take pride in that. When it comes to insurance claims, we want the customer to get what they deserve. We see it as David vs Goliath.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We mostly work with Residential Homes and Apartment Buildings. Most of our customers Insurance related roof claims, but not all.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are fond of all our projects. We try to have most roofs completed in 1 day to keep the customer from having an inconvenience around their home. This of course, would depend on the roof size.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the service provider is Insured along with the subcontractors. Ask for insurance certificates and call to verify. We worked in the insurance industry and know how many false documents there are. Also, make sure they are BBB accredited.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Will I need to be home during the project? Should I leave my dogs in the backyard? How long will it take? Will it be noisy? Should I let my neighbors know? Do I need to move my cars? Will you pick up all mess when you are finished?
