What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have no fees the price we give you it’s the final set price, we do however offer a $300 discount on a full complete roof replacement if you mention it to me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically i would set up an appointment to get know each other and see what needs to be done to ensure that his/her demands are met and then once I have that information I would start to work on an estimate schedule another appointment to let them know where we stand and finally if everything is a go we can start discussing on what type of roof components are available for that specific property.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 30 years of experience in the field and I also have a bachelors degree from Texas A&M in soils and coursework relating to Construction so overall I am well qualified to complete all your roof needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As i stated before we are a family owned business so my father started out as a novice in the industry eventually creating our business and the rest is history.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have done roofing projects for residential homeowners, apartment complex property managers and business owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently competed a funeral home with over 100+sq of roof and we completed it in 2 days which I feel very proud of because the project was completed fast and efficiently just like the property owner requested since they were going to have a service on the third day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say to always make sure that the roof company they are dealing with is insured and professional not just a roofer in a truck because yeah they might give you a low price but most of the time they’re uninsured and don’t know what they are doing and after it’s all done you’re stuck with a leaky roof and having to pay for it to be repaired.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I would suggest that they think through what is it specifically that they want done so that it saves both the customer and contractor time and also think about if they’re ready to have the work done or just looking for estimate for a later date.
