What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer two services, our best selling roof repair overhaul for $2999 which is a comprehensive overhaul of your roofing system and a full replacement. We have also eliminated most of the overhead that inflates most quotes you receive from local contractors and instead pass the savings on to you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is simple! You will either need one of two products we offer, a repair or a full replacement. Our roof repair overhaul package is $2999 and if you are looking for a full replacement you need only request a quote and one will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the residential roofing space since 2006 and have personally settled over 2000 hail and wind claims.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Roofing is the perfect trade to be involved in and I started as a salesperson and quickly progressed through the ranks.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We can replace any type of residential roofing system from laminate shingle to metal, tile and wood shake. We also work with clients who have been underpaid on an insurance claim and of course retail clients looking to upgrade their roof

Most projects only take a day to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would suggest having them explain to you in detail what they intend to do with your repair, what material they are using and what the warranty for material and labor is.
