Recently had a customer contact me through Thumbtack. Went and met with him and he explained that he's continually had a leak around his fireplace. He told me he's had two different roofers come and repair the chimney multiple times and it still continues to leak. I assessed the chimney and flashing around the chimney. Turns out the chimney flashing was done completely wrong and no matter how much tar or silicone they put around it, it would continue to leak.
