What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Military, senior and 1st responded get a gift as our way of saying thank you and your discount will be discussed in person to better fit your needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a free damage inspection with a complete roof report. We will then discuss the condition of your roof and the best course of action moving forward. If we believe it qualifies for an insurance claim, we will walk you by the hand through the process and make sure you get everything you need. If its a simple repair we have financing available, don't forget to ask about the 60 months interest free financing promotion! Once we are finished with the roof we do a final walk through with the homeowner to ensure everything is to their satisfaction. All our roofs come with a 5 year workmanship warranty.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Next Nail was born out of the pain of dealing with unprofessional contractors. We made it our mission to do good works in the community and make sure you don't deal with the pain we had to!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

With all the rain we've been getting I was really impressed to see the team install a brand new roof, safely, in between the rain sessions for a homeowner who had a bad leak from the recent hail storm. Took two days but we got the new roof up before the damage got any worse.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't wait and work with someone who also works with insurance companies. If they work with insurance companies then there is a good chance all their work is to proper building standards as is required for insurance claims.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. Is it covered by insurance? 2. Can I pay my deductible? 3. Can I get approved for financing if I needed to?
