What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are a Owens Corning preferred contractor, so we offer extended warranties. Estimates are free, and we often offer a "good, better, best" option

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we discuss customer needs and provide free roofing inspection, than suggesting repair of full replacement. If the the project can be covered by the insurance company, we walk you through the process and ensure that the insurance cover all the damages. After adjuster meeting we schedule the work. After everything is completed we walk with customer to make sure that he is completely satisfied.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

With over 7+years of experience, we are trained to install a variety of roofing systems-from shingles to metal roofing. Further, our industry provides for continuing education and various and sundry new techniques and product lines. We continuously upgrade our knowledge through training from GAF, Owens Corning and other industry leaders.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Being disappointed with the integrity of several contractors I worked for in the past, we decided to only way to change the negative image of the industry was to own and run our own company. Thus we are committed to the highest level of integrity without sacrificing quality.

What types of customers have you worked with?

From professionals, property managers, commercial building owners, to regular homeowners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

All our roofing jobs come with synthetic felt, leak barrier on the valleys and around the chimney for the extra protection. Average project takes 2 days

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check to see if the contractor is local. licensed and insured, You can do that by checking with the San Antonio city office .Although most out of state company do a good job with the installation, mistakes happen. And if your contractor is back in Florida for example, it is hard to get them to return to fix even a minor issue.

What type of roofing system they would like to install? When would they like to start?
