All pricing is customized based on customers' needs and specific details of the situation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It's extremely important to meet with a customer and discuss the project at hand, what their needs are, and expectations. I would then provide a solution outlining the process to achieve their goals while doing my best to exceed expectations in a timely manner.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Several years ago, New View Roofing replaced the roof of my home. I was so impressed by the entire experience and the company's focus on customer service that I had to join the team.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Every customer has their own situation that differs from others. Whether it's commercial property, residential property, rental property, approved claims, denied claims, supplements...we do it all! The entire process can be very confusing, especially when dealing with insurance. What is your right as a policyholder? Did your insurance include gutters, fence, windows and interior damage?

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A customer had a water leak from a roof replacement he had 4 years ago. He made every effort to try and contact his contractor by phone and email and never received a response. I received a call and addressed the leak immediately. It was a simple fix. This situation is common and that is why it's very important to work with a company that offers a lifetime workmanship warranty on all roof repairs and replacement.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research! Do your due diligence and make sure a roofing contractor is licensed and insurance. Also, read reviews about the company and the person you're working with. Lastly, never provide any contractor money upfront.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Be open and honest about your expectations and never be afraid to ask any question. Your home depends on it!
