Introduction

If your roof has issues with leaks, damaged shingles, wood rot, or any other kind of damage, AMC is the local roofing expert you need. Our excellent roof repair and replacement services will ensure that your roof is restored to its original form. We give free estimates, a warranty on anything that we repair and we do NOT take any deposits for repairs whatsoever. Servicing residential and commercial properties. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My estimates are 100% free of charge, I take no deposits whatsoever unless it’s for roof replacement, my customers only pay when the job is done and you get a warranty on all work as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First impressions are everything and I make sure to answer all of their questions and to assure them that we will take care of their concerns.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was trained by my grandfather for 5 years back in Chicago and he was a master at his craft.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My grandpa used to own a roofing company and I worked for him. After Ike happened I helped people in my neighborhood with their homes and I decided to start my business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked for renters and owners for homes and commercial properties all over the house area.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently worked for a lady by the name of Anna that was very kind to me and my workers. The work was done in a few hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the people giving you the estimate points out everything that is wrong with your home and not just the problem areas.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

My estimates are always 100% free of charge but if they are going to speak with someone else they should always ask them how much is an estimate before hand.
