What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I will try my best to out-bid any competitor with their bid estimate in hand. Other discounts are also available if a contract is signed the day of the initial inspection. Financing is also available!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Understanding the customers needs, and getting to know what is the best method of communication for the client. We are here to make everything as stress free as possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Many years of worked hours that gave much experience and knowledge of the in’s and out of this field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Growing up in a Hispanic household I grew up working with my father on the weekends as a teenager. And thru the years I got the experience and knowledge of this business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Many clients of different cities, states, and nationalities. There is always someone needing help with their home roof.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Fixing repairs in any roof such as missing shingles, leaks, pipe boots, and major tearing off and replacing complete roofs. Minor projects could take anywhere from 4hrs to 2 days depending on the project details.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It’s very important for your contractor to not only be experienced,offer great warranty, but most importantly be insured.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How soon is the project needing to be done? Will you be going thru your home insurance?
